As much as I love Christmas Day, I can’t lie about the fact that Boxing Day buffets are THE best. THE best! Why? It’s a mish-mash of left over Christmas dinner, Filo pastry finger food and trifle. I love it. So far today I’ve had a few Gin and Tonics, duck spring rolls, smoked salmon, salad, pasta and potatoes. I’m quickly typing this post before a bowl full of trifle and a night at the pub. Filling up before more work getting those house ready tomorrow.
