It’s very rare that I blatantly plug stuff on My Food Challenge, but tonight I’m making an exception. Far t0o often I tell you about things that I’ve done, and events that have been and gone. Well, here’s something that’s not happened yet – and if your in Sheffield, it’s an event you should come along too.
NOSH night markets are on to their third helping of late night food and entertainment. I didn’t know about the first, I loved the second – which took place at the Nichols Building, and next Thursday, at the Old Junior School in Sharrow, they’re hosting the third.
From 5pm onwards (perfect if you fancy popping in for some tea and a look around after work), there will be a host of foodie offerings for you to choose from including Fish&, serving up fish n’ chips with a twist, Soi Truck Thia, who I’ll be visiting for a tea, and the Hop Box, serving up proper ale and drinks. Oh and there’s a ‘dirty burger bar’ popping up somewhere through out the night. There’s so much food to choose from.
On top of that they’ll be lots of entertainment, arts and stalls for you to nosey around. Plus some live music and a pop-up Zumba session. Doesn’t that sound like fun?
It’s £2 on the door! If you want more info, check out their Facebook page!
