Alas, here I am blogging again as my eyes are about to shut… On my smashed iPhone. I’ve been unable to get onto the Internet on either of my laptops all day, both out and about and at home. This means that I’m unable to check my work emails and blogging is a bit tricky. Ho-hum. After 59 days of daily posts… I’m not giving up that easily.
So, let’s look back over the past month on My Food Challenge. It’s been great. I’ve had loads more views – over 6000, which I think is pretty good going for such a new blog, and I’ve also connected with some fantastic food bloggers. Posts have included lots of new recipes, the Great Agency Bake-Off and my thoughts on the trend for thigh gaps. Oh, and I also gave my blog a makeover. Looks pretty doesn’t she? I think so too.
People keep asking me how I manage to blog everyday – it’s become such a big part of my life now that not writing my daily blog post just wouldn’t feel right. That said, on days like today when I have work to do, but can’t, and the Internet is against me… It’s not easy, but I do it – I still manage to bash out some relatively coherent words of wisdom.
Two months in and I’m still having a great time running My Food Challenge – here’s to the next month of foodie fun (and more importantly, my birthday – eeep).
I’ll be back with an in-depth post (hopefully typed up on my Mac) tomorrow.
